I know right where that is, down the street from the big Citygate postal station. That lot had a corner store on it that they tore down a few years ago. I've seen the trucks there. I always assumed they had permission because there's so many parking there. That neighborhood has a big Somali population, and many are truck drivers, but they mostly live in nearby apartment complexes where you couldn't hardly park a bobtail, let alone a semi.

Reminds me of the hassles I had doing the same deal back in my OTR days.

 

Awe that's to bad that you missed each other.
I saw @Longarm this week on Monday we ended up being at the same red light at the same intersection on Monday afternoon.

 

I should a gotten out, forced you out of your truck and into mine. Then I could've gone home and you could've worked my week.

This is the most sick I've in years. My chest is on fire. I got a little sleep last night in between mopping up sweat and shivering uncontrollably. I still have 500 miles to cover before I camp on the couch for the weekend and probably Monday too.

 

You should have to, see I would have just logged in as brand new fully rested reset the clock. As for you, you would have had to make a delivery of one case of rolls at our store in N. Olmstead, and then you could have went back to the yard. I can't broadcast where our yard is, but most local guys here know where it is and you might also. I'm sure you have seen it.

You could have then went home. Yeah when I saw you I had one case left on the truck and one stop left LOL!

Trailer was totally empty however I don't know if you would have cared for my Tuesday I start at about 1:45am and had 942 cases.

 

Oh I wouldve called out as you the rest of the week. lol

You have plenty of sick time, right?

 

I think I have a week because we get like 5 personal days, it's vacation time I have none of cooked all of my vacation time last year took 3 weeks off and this year I'm working all year with no weeks off pretty much non-stop to the grind.

 

It would have been a good opportunity my HAZMAT is still good so I could have pulled it off and I would have made sure all those high school kids that man the paint stores took the right pallets after all I am a professional

 

My drop lot for when I'm home. Park my truck or front of my house. Village will let me park my truck and trailer if I want to, but it has to be moved after 48 hours.
