Sorry to post here but when your after income for your family you will do what is necessary. Anyway I'm looking for a position with a company. I am 40 years old with a wife and 3 girls, two of which is just finished there freshman year right here and Clemson. I'm in good shape and have around 7 years OTR. Knock on wood I have never had or been in a accident or have had and tickets. I'm am located in upstate s.c but it does not really matter when you running OTR just the quick trip to pick up the equipment. Pay Percentage or per mile is fine either way. Just looking for a fair wage for a fair days work.

Depends on your endorsements and what you want to.

Don't have any endorsements that I can think of.No CDLs The place I was at last we hauled car tow dollys to the lower 48 and eastern canada. As long as it's 26k and under I'm good. Getting the CDL will not be and issue. I just got to generate some income. I got tuition coming up very soon and to be honest I have never been without a job.

Well another option is Millis Transfer. There CDL school o $109 up front and after you are done and on the road you will be home on the weekends unless you want to stay out.

Roehl pays 500.00 a week for school.

I wish the recruiter would have told me that. He told me there home time policy was 6 out 1 home. My dad both brothers and uncle drive class 8 trucks but I simply enjoy Hotshots

Sorry don't remember. I have talked to 8 company's so far including 3 schools. It was a very nice lady. I definitely like they pay. They do not take advantage of new drivers. They start at .42 instead of putting you in the poor house. Also liked that it is only 2.5 hours from the house.
