But if you get an attorney you have to pay x amount to him. Well this has been going on and their attorneys will drag it out until you have paid way more than a contract.

Google CRST sues JB Hunt and Werner.
http://www.ccjdigital.com/court-blocks-jb-hunt-from-recruiting-certain-drivers/
Basically people went with CRST got their license and bailed.
Apparently a large amount of them went to Werner and JB Hunt.
CRST sued those companies for poaching their drivers they had under contract. CRST won the lawsuit.
Point is you can pay it off till you're blue in the face but there's a good chance no one will touch you because of the contract.
Someone misled you, welcome to the truck industry. Finish the contract and move on. -
I'm not bailing I'm just trying to get what I signed that 0.05 makes a big difference
-
Who was it that said they made a mistake and cannot pay you that? If it was a fleet manager ask to speak with the operations manager (their boss).
If you get the same answer and feel like you still want to fight it then google your state's department of workforce.
Make an unpaid wage complaint. You'll have to send a copy of that sheet you posted along with a copy of your pay stub.
CRST will have to respond and state why they are not paying you the rate.
The state wants to side with you so always be respectful. On a side note when something is crossed out on a contract, it needs to be initialed by both parties and I do not see that on the paper you posted.
Good luck.Lonesome Thanks this. -
I talked to someone from safety today I don't know why they had safety call me but I talked to payroll,hr and the recruiting office and they all said the same thing and I told them that I. Going to get a lawyer
-
And the one guy left me a voice mail saying that I'm the one that did that and I said that is a copy that I have that I signed cause I had a feeling something like this was going to happen
-
And they should have the paper that I signed on file
-
If they say no Every state has a department to make a wage claim with and they really do want to side with you versus a big corp.
Once a wage claim is filed a decision maker at the company will be notified and chances are they'll rectify the situation.
