Don't know where you live, but the Yellow Pages where i live has more attorneys than anything else in it. Or google attorneys local to you.

Triple c transit is nothing but a bunch of thieves they tell you that your going to get 75% of each load plus 100% fsc and a discount on fuel and you don't get none of it the 75% is only 70% because 5% is taken out for escrow plus they can't get the best paying freight I have worked for these low life people and also put me in losing my truck if any of you quality drivers want to lease to they then be ready to lose your truck plus you also rent their trailers for 100.00 a week but you also play the cargo insurance to I have settlements were they were taking out everything they say I grossed over 19,000 but only got 1475.00 for the two months I was there so my advice don't lease or go to this company they will take all your money and leave you out to dry oh they also have a two week hold back that they don't tell you about
bored silly Thanks this. -
I'm sorry to say this but this post is a lie. I left Triple C because I couldn't make enough money...and I blasted them on video which ultimately got me fired but since I was quitting anyway I didn't care. But Triple C has NEVER, EVER told ANY driver to run illegal. Period. EVER. They may make mistakes...the trailer issue I believe but "FORCING" Him to run past his 70 is an absolute lie. I left that company because I wasn't happy with my pay but Cavin Collier is an honest man and his dispatchers might not be very good at negotiating rates but they don't dictate to ANY driver how he or she operates their 70 hour clock. If you are mad at Triple C st least be honest about your complaint. I worked there for 2 years. I was very close to how everything operated there and I can say with absolute certainty that this post is a lie
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Razorback, they take 5% escrow but that is still your money. Just about every company holds back an escrow. It's not Triple C's fault you decided to get into an overpriced truck that drove you in the hole. That's the problem with all you guys wanting to be owner operators. You have no money, but you want the most expensive truck there, then ##### cause it runs you into the hole. Trailer rental is also common. Though Elite doesn't charge it, and pretty much all owner ops pay the cargo insurance. You might want to learn the business before you dive into it head first without a penny to your name. As far as dispatch goes. I agree, they aren't very good and seriously need to learn how to get better rates for drivers but your claim that you made $19,000 in two months but only got paid $1,475 I highly doubt. Fuel is your responsibility not the companies and brokers aren't giving a FSC right now but that's because their dispatch doesn't demand it
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
I never had an issue with pay, except they did get my statements wrong a few times, but Cavin made good on it.
I made money there. Clear about $2K a week.
I also left cause the dispatchers are definitely not the brightest, and the one I had missed work several days every month.
But I made money.
It's all O/O so if your truck is a POS, I recommend you look in the mirror.
I think everyone knows my Blackie -
