    3rd check was 650ish$, 4th check was only 550ish(gross)
This is for 50-55hr weeks btw....
You are only paid % on haul, and you deadhead more than you run loaded.
So you start out mt in the morning, deadhead 50miles to the quarry, make your run, deadhead back to quarry, repeat, hopefully end day close to the terminal, but sometimes you get to deadhead back 60miles through rush hour traffic.
I'm only averaging about 11-12$/hr as a flat rate...
I know it's the "slow season", and supposedly things are about to pick back up. I'm going to stick around for another 30days to see before I abandon ship.

    QualityMike Thanks this.

I'm averaging about 750/week gross, working around 50-55 hrs.
Benefits are cheap if you only cover yourself, prohibitive if you try to cover family members. Solo insurance including health, vision, dental, and 100k of life insurance is 50/week. But if you try to add an entire family it goes up to over 340$/week. Just you and spouse is 215$/week.
New management is in place, promising higher wages soon.
This isn't a bad deal if youre single, local to the area, and are currently running with a mega that only has you grossing 800/week to run OTR. But a lot of drivers say this is a "training company", as they will accept you without any previous end dump experience, and say they plan to transfer to other companies after they meet the experience requirements.

Current "sign on bonus" is 3000, paid out at 750$ every 90days. If you miss more than two days of work(even with advance notice) in the 90day period you forfeit the bonus for that quarter.

bad company please avoid, worked there for 3 months. very low pay, $10-15 per load, 4-6 loads a day because of very slow and underpowered trucks. if you're not in the special clique then you wont get the good paying loads. driver manager seems to act irritated when issues are brought to his attention or questions asked. maintenance is a joke, especially the San Antonio terminal. four mechanics on duty and all four constantly playing grabass instead of working. be prepared to sit at least 8 hours for minor mechanical issues. driver facing cams that can be accessed at any time. during saftey meetings, they will show random camera footage of drivers not wearing seatbelts, not paying attention, etc. even though they say camera only records when flashing red. $300 quarterly safety bonus for good performance, safe driving, etc. bonus is $100 walmart gift cards.
