So what's the point in even mentioning someone whose Services you do not have access to?
It's like comparing apples to oranges.

Here is a sample of bells work.
He has a great reputation among customers who don't have a clue about test equipment.

I'll take a noisy receive at least I know the radios working. The best receive I ever had was that 98v. It was actually annoying how well it received. After your buddy worked on it I rarely heard anybody. But it has to be a fine tune to fine tune radio according to you to hear for 45 miles. How about hearing anybody oh say 3to5 miles away. Hmmmm I'm not complaining I live and I learn. The receive was good on that radio too badd everything else sucked on it before and even after Mark worked on it. I don't miss it........

As someone who IS familiar with test equipment you know a plethora of things can occur between the shop and the time you get your radio home ESPECIALLY regarding frequency stabilization. Bumps, drops, shipping, heck...maybe even your stone-age O-scope. The CRTs require constant recalibration STARTING with a single volt per vertical division and that's not even getting into the correct time interval and waveform drift. Do you check your Y-POS control EVERYTIME (note, I didn't say CALIBRATE)? How about the X-POS to center the trace? And that's just for starters.
Not saying you did anything wrong but even the best shops have their off days and no tech has not "never made a mistake." Their work speaks for itself. Buy enough quality widgets from any factory and a bad or defective one will get through eventually.

If I could do it again I would have sent mark a better radio than that p.o.s 98v to work on...

Notice no useful information in Bells
    "Tune up report"

The only thing that matters is what can be seen on a tuned bench without manipulation by the human voice.
opinions don't mean anything. asking for radio checks on air Doesn't really mean anything.
    Notice reality when exposed...

    Your opinion is completely worthless.
The bench exposes everything as you can see in the video and you cannot dispute what is seen in the video unless you're a complete moron which seems to be the case. For those of you with short-term memory problems that's Evvy Thomas's radio which was purchased from Bells CB shop.

The only problem is that Bell has yet to produce a perfect waveform on any of his customers radios.
He can't show you what he's incapable of doing so he deliberately avoids showing anything useful in any of his videos.
