Jb hunt has single bunk cascadias, but they have head space and are some of the larger trucks..I made good money there.

Been to Maysville many times delivering to grocery stores.
M.C. VanKampen has some of the nicest company trucks on the road. I'd try them and see what happens. Their trucks look like show trucks. One question they'll ask you is if you have any mountain driving experience, so say "yes." They run lots of Pacific Northwest and California. Maybe they'll also recognize & accept your military driving.
@Lanky7369 Here's some more to check; I think they have APU, refrigerator, direct TV, satellite radio, etc.
Freymiller - really plush trucks set up for living on the road.
Danny Herman Trucking - no Northeast and trucks set up for driver comfort. The run lots of Southern California and Texas border towns. The freight lanes map is on the website. The only possible problem I see is taking the truck home. Some drivers post they have permission to take the truck home and some say they can't get permission and must leave it at the nearest terminal. The nearest terminal to you is probably Mountain City,TN. Other than that I don't see any negatives with the company.
Dynamic Transit - terminal in St. Louis and Ventura,CA. APU in trucks.
TransAm - pay isn't that great, but company drivers do ok. Lease drivers don't do ok and gripe about losing everything they own trying to be a fake owner-operator. Trucks have everything you want though for living on the road.
    Magnum Ltd. - refrigerated company.
Melton Truck Lines is a 48 state flatbed company with fancy trucks.
Jim Palmer Trucking - 48 state refrigerated carrier.

You better have some mountain work so you can say yes. I make it a specailty to be on a mountain myself, the icier the stormier the better. But Imatelling you... find a mountain somewhere and run it a time or two. Then you can say yes...

    Not in a cascadia.
The volvos some companies offer have the eating areas.
The cascadias have lots of storage cabinets, and a large single bunk, with plenty of headroom.
The pete with double bunk I once had, the top bunk folded in half to create a shelf..I constantly hit my head on the section, that was stationary.

I don't think they do. I worked for them in 3 weeks at the end of my OTR portion of my life time trucking. They handed me a international eagle cabover with the coffin sleeper despite my strenous objections and promptly took out a car on a beer run in St Louis one friday night two weeks in. I told them i need a #### comventional but no look now a accident. It would be a third car in a cab over I took out.

To explain, there is a small flaw in my vision, I got into a knife fight one time and the blade for lack of a better word scraped the eyeball which left a patch of retina unable to process a image in clarity when looking at your left steer while facing straight ahead. That particular flaw has gotten people wrecked on that steer tire.

In a conventional it's not a problem for JB Hunt, it's a single bunk usually. Now be careful to avoid rail boxes or containers (Seacans) because those are midroof sleepers.

Keim TS has those big studio sleepers.
You really need a truck with diesel APU such as TriPac. This way you can shut the truck engine off and have power for your TV and games, heat & AC, refrigerator, etc.
Many places across the country don't allow truck idling and many trucking companies don't allow truck idling. Being stuck in BFE during hot summer nights or cold winter nights for a layover can be miserable without auxillary power the APU provides.

Its getting harder to find highrise condo sleepers, a lot of companies have switched to mid-roof Paccar or frieghtshakers. One of the best for extra room is the Cascadia.
