Prime Pak folded too......it's a combo of things. We used Preferred, word was their investor, a Doctor decided to pull out and called the note. All that iron needs a lot of money put in it. They have been running on a shoe string for awhile. I figure the plates got them. He would need like 20k cash to re up at the end of March.

 

I would tend to agree...looking at Preferred....smoking and slobbering vac pumps caked with dirt, one spent 30 minutes grinding 10 lbs of tranny trying to hit reverse. Others have blown airlines just sitting on my jobs so...it's not like you were buying an actual business per sey......trailers might be worth something.....

Bought right I'd put rubber, brakes, shocks and hoses on every vac trailer and capture his MSA's.....bout all that's worth anything.
