It happened on my first month on the job so every company I've gotten in touch with tell me I need over a year with a free accident record which I understand but what confuses me is: how am I supposed to achieve that if no company will hire me. I don't know what to do

Did the first company let you go?? Did they offer you to go back out with a trainer??? What's on your MVR from the accident????

More info = more help. Name of company could be useful for us to help you, as well.

Work for a local gravel hauling company. They hire in the spring for road construction season.

Vladimir and Ivan out of the Chicagoland area might hire you. I know a guy who was fired after being caught sitting in his truck (on a 10) not only drinking a Budweiser, but had the remainder of the 24 pack in his cooler for tomorrow. They put him right to work.

True, but with a little more INFO from the O/P ~! For all we know, he's in Canada! Nothing against my Canuk buddies, LoL, you know who ya are, but... their rules are different.

So are California's, for that matter. Need more info. Not TMI, just enough!

Rear end collision is one of the big 3 no no's. That and rollover and theft of vehicle.

You may have a hard time finding something, but you will, but don't expect great pay and benefits.

Thank you for the quick response.
It was while working for Werner Enterprises my first company after graduating on February. They finished my employment last Monday.
