It happened on my first month on the job so every company I've gotten in touch with tell me I need over a year with a free accident record which I understand but what confuses me is: how am I supposed to achieve that if no company will hire me. I don't know what to do
Rear ended a car and even though was a slight hit now not one company that will hire me.

Did the first company let you go?? Did they offer you to go back out with a trainer??? What's on your MVR from the accident????
More info = more help. Name of company could be useful for us to help you, as well.

Work for a local gravel hauling company. They hire in the spring for road construction season.
Dave_in_AZ, Victor79 and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
@Chinatown might be able to help
Victor79 Thanks this. -
Vladimir and Ivan out of the Chicagoland area might hire you. I know a guy who was fired after being caught sitting in his truck (on a 10) not only drinking a Budweiser, but had the remainder of the 24 pack in his cooler for tomorrow. They put him right to work.
BigTennOTR, Dave_in_AZ, Ke6gwf and 6 others Thank this. -
So are California's, for that matter. Need more info. Not TMI, just enough! -
Rear end collision is one of the big 3 no no's. That and rollover and theft of vehicle.
You may have a hard time finding something, but you will, but don't expect great pay and benefits. -

Thank you for the quick response.
It was while working for Werner Enterprises my first company after graduating on February. They finished my employment last Monday.
