I am working for a company that only has a 12 month program. I am 6 months in and learn there are 24 month programs out there. If I stay with my current company I will loss out on approximately 15,000 dollars next year. Trouble is most company web sites don't define how long a program they have. I have already called about 4 companies and now I am getting 10 calls a day while I am driving.
Anyone have a good list have companies with 24 month programs?

the company I work for only has a 12 month program. So I will not receive the other 12 months of benefits as I will if I change companies.

He may be talking about the VA apprecticship program which takes money out of his personal G.I. Bill that he may paid into. Let him tell his story before we get too hard and sharpshoot.
