I like the Etsy suggestion someone posted earlier. My wife sells things every day there that she makes. She has a little bell that goes off on her phone that sounds like a cash register when she makes a sale...lol. She also sells a lot of things on Facebook.
Another thing you can do is to teach English to foreigners live online or by skype. There are many sites that are already set up to sponsor you. Contrary to what you'd believe--you don't need to know a foreign language to teach English to foreigners.

They are hiring full-time remote employees in 29 states. The company is looking for reservation sales associates who will act as a contact for customers calling the hotel brand.
This is a 40-hour/week position, but schedules can be flexible as long as candidates can work between 8AM and 2AM Central Time. According to Hilton's website, employees must be able to:

• Provide accurate information regarding availability, sales promotions, accommodation types, transportation to and from hotels, rates, etc.

Pay starts at $9 an hour, and along with the perk of working from the comfort of your home, employees also receive Hilton travel benefits that lets them and their friends and family book at all 13 Hilton brands at a discounted rate.

Medical billing's first hurdle is to gain access to software which cost a bunch of money, and then to gain accounts which are hospitals etc with patients and so forth. I looked into that at one time a long time ago and found it to be a situation worse than the CIA that blackholes everything worth knowing.

I developed a opinion that anyone can know what it takes per hour and part cost to fix a car, but no one will say a #### thing about fixing humans until it's done.
