When i was let go.... i took a look at my background report which i obtain thru another company when i applied for them. They gave me a copy and notice that JB Hunt is putting accidents on my report that were not my fault. I have an accident on my report which i was not at fault because the other driver hit me and was driving on a suspended license.... but JB Hunt is taking it upon themselves to say that this was a preventable accident...... ummm on who's part?? Anyways.... other companies are gonna look at this as my fault and ruin my chances of ever getting another trucking job!! They blocking that by saying that i am ineligible for a hire! So i am wondering if i can sue them for that?

DAC report? No you don't need to go to court contact hireright the burden of proof is on the company others can give you more details... Also if you post details about the accidents we can give you our opinions on wether preventable or not.... Not saying you would have to agree with those opinions
