When you log out and log on, the truck send a GPS coordinate, so if you're not in the exact same spot when you log back in, it's obvious you were driving and SNI throws a tantrum. I did the same thing. If youre off duty , there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to go to the store, restaurants, or a movie.

I got yelled at by one of those idiot OSR brown shirts because I bobtailed somewhere for lunch why on my 34 in Fontana. Our conversation didnt end well

Ok, update on my Schneider tanker pay. Since I've started running basically the same amount of days out and same days off each month. For the past couple months almost I've been going out on a Monday morning and staying out 10 to 12 days at a time and then taking off 2-4 days. My pay weekly pay has dropped alittle but it's not that bad and I enjoy taking my home time so it's ok with me. I'm in the per diem so after they take 2 cents away from me for the per diem program I'm only getting 44 cpm. Below I will give my days worked and pay and my days took off. This might be good or might be bad. But I want to give the most accurate information I can out to new guys coming to get their training and drive for SNBC pulling tankers.

    1. Pay for 21st April - 7 days of work= $1,409.08 then they gave me 200 dollars for tuition reimbursement which I get once a month. Brought pay to 1,609.08
    2. 28th April - 4 days of work = $742.61
So I was out on road working total of 11 days this run.
(I then took 3 days off at the house, Friday - Saturday - sunday)
    3. 5th May - 7 days of work = $1,342.38
    4. 12th May - 3 days of work = $ 783.72
I got to Charlotte at 03:00 am Thursday morning, a day early but oh well I was ready to go home so took off Thursday- Friday-Saturday-sunday. (4 days off)
Which I'm home enjoying right now. So in this month which is the schedule I plan on continue doing, staying out 10-12 days at a time only and taking off 2-4 days each time at home feels the best to me. Not out too long to where I'm getting cabin fever but staying out long enough to make descent money is working great for me.

    5. So added all up that is 28 days total, 21 days out working and 7 days at the house off.

    6. 21 days of gone working I made
( $ 4,277.79 ) if add the tuition reimbursement for April of $200 it then is (4,477.79) For 21 days work and 7 days at my house off. Now remember this is at 44 cpm cause in in the per diem, if I opted out of perform It would be slightly higher pay at 46cpm.

Well this is again the most accurate example of Schneider tanker pay that I can share. I hope this helps anybody interested in becoming a tanker tanker either at snbc or any tanker company. I know it's not outstanding pay but it's not horrible pay either for a new driver such as myself. You can make more money at other company's Im sure so don't look at this and decide on any company. This is just example of what I make at 44cpm working for SNBC.
    7. Another reason I really like this schedule Im running now is this entire 28 days of pay, 21 of it actually on the road working, 7 days at home off.. I did not have to do a any 34 hour reset at all. This schedule if done properly you can run on recap the second week on your way back home. I know this is already knowledge for you experienced drivers but I'm still new and just learning this guys so please don't burn me up about it. :). I spent few mins putting this together I really hope it helps somebody.

Also if I continue to run like this which I plan to do this appears to be what I can expect each month. So year total will only be like 54k - 60k but having off bout the max amount of days that SNBC wants drivers to be taken off. Their advertised pay of 72k might be possible once maxed out on cpm around 51 cpm and maybe taking off 2 days per month only. (Maybe still) lol ... Im just being honest here now.. but 55k - 60k I will do my first year in trucking. I think this is pretty descent for starting out. So no matter if I stay at snbc or ever leave them I will always be thankful for the opportunity and training they gave me. It's really not a bad company like you here people portray it to be.. After all it's a job and we all need one

When I logged back in I was always at exact same spot.. I've only had to do this a few times an it's not something I would abuse. But I was in that situation where It wasn't planned on me being their but a bit, then it turned into oh well in 16 hours off duty might as well do a 34 I'm bout out hours anyways type of situation and I had been out on road for a month and out of poggie bait (snack, food)

Excellent example! My idiot company still insists that SNI only pays their tanker guys .38 CPM so thats why they pay .40.......
    Lol....*cries*
I'm a little behind you in pay. I make .40 and my weeks range from $800 gross to $1200 gross, because we are still on the archaic trip pak things. I do a reset every week and stay out for a minimum of 5 weeks, which I then take 5 or 6 days off.

So you make more(and more per mile), work less, and are home more and had better training (than my current company. My first company had amazing training). Sounds good to me!

Now the 'up to' 72k? That is at max pay, getting every single quarterly bonuses, running whatever mileage they determined AND IT INCLUDES YOUR SIGN ON BONUS!

Back in 2014 when SNI had their super aggressive oilfield expansion (which they failed spectacularly on. Let's sent 'up to 65k' drivers put to 90k jobs sites and see if they stay) and theybwere aboit to expand the bulk division (preworkflo) They were running adds for 'up to' 82k.

There was such and uproar from the bulk drivers about it thay some bean counter had to come out on the monthly minutes or whatever the Schneider publication was and desribe the magic formula they used to come up with the figure
