Heck with all the money that knight Steals on payroll they are have plenty of cash to pay people but then again that would come out of the pockets of the executive level management and they obviously don't want to do that they hate to see their pocketbooks go then

That people actually think this way (and then multiply them by just a shade past half the total population) is proof that our once great country is doomed.
    Why bother?
The Morlocks now have the ball with no opposition towards the goal.

Those would be my thoughts EXACTLY!

If a truck driver makes it BOTH to and through orientation, that itself is a HUGE accomplishment.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

The OTR & LTL truck drivers of America are positively the driving force of our economy.

My wife is still astounded that "they'll put you up in a motel and pay you $50 a day for a job interview with practically no knowledge of you or your background?" I told her they might also help defray transportation costs. She just shook her head and then told me how they do it at her employer's. a large international pharmaceutical co, Quite different I must say.

So you think just because you show up (and most likely they paid your transportation) that you are entitled to be fed, housed and paid?

Um, you are paid, albeit a pittance compared to other carriers but Knight does feed, house, and pay during orientation.

When you go to burger King to apply, tell them you need bus fare and a burger before you start and watch them piss their pants laughing. You guys that feel you are entitled crack me up, save everybody the trouble of firing you, just go on welfare now, after all you are entitled to it.

Right, so go and pay a carrier for the honor of attending their orientation. It makes no difference to us.

I love it how Knight suck ups always use the "go flip burgers" analogy. I'm guessing the pay is comparable?

I don't nor have I ever worked for Knight, it's just hilarious that you (and others) feel you are entitled to be paid for the offer to apply for a job. Here's an idea, want a job show up ready to work.
