    Interview?

Why are you bothering to apply with this accident, it's really BAD. why are you even here? Do you understand just how terrible this 500 dollar accident looks on your record (Overlooking the two cars I crunched in DC...) on and on and on.

More of a one way defamation of your character and person for a few days.

I think some companies like to see how stupid a driver really is in person and if they will buy into the company's BS when they cannot pay good or live up to the hire agreement ;)

If van driver wear pajamas or sweat pants and stained shirt. Also wear a big bluetooth sex toy shaped device around your neck or astronaut headset with lots of LEDs, this will confuse and distract the interviewer.

If flatbed, wife beater and jeans with black nazi boots is acceptable.

I have always shown up to every single interview in a suit and tie (part time jobs in high school to professional office jobs and yes even truck driving jobs). I have been offered a job each and every time.

Can you get away with jeans and a shirt, probably but youll look so much better and impress the boss more in slacks shirt and tie. Remeber you only get one shot at the first impression. Just bring a change of clothes if they want you to pre trip etc

I'll tell you what I expect, something decent. No ripped jeans, no cut offs, no open toes shoes and shirts that are not stained with yesterday's lunch. I do also expect you to be cleaned and reasonably smelling.

I have had a few who showed up with what I call "wanting to work for you" clothes on, dressed nice, not in a suit and tie but nice and then I had the nightmares.

I can not describe what they looked like other than disgusting.

One guy came in with a tank top, shorts that look like he hasn't taken them off in a month and shoes that were full of mud, he didn't even make it past the first part of the interview. Something else about this guy I won't detail but I don't believe he used toilet paper.

Another came in with his four year old brat, dressed like he just came from the park playing in the sand box. The kid had a "fast" lunch at the health food emporium - McDonalds - and then puked it all up in the middle of the interview, all over the guy and his pants and my paper work.

I could write pages of what some applicants have dressed for the interview.
