If those citations were given to you on an inspection they are counting against your CSA. If they were just warnings, they count against your CSA. It doesn't matter what your state feels about one citation or the other.
You can pull up your PSP record which shows your CSA score here: Pre-Employment Screening Program - What You'll Need
If you already know that you were given at least a warning for those things on an inspection I wouldn't spend the money on the PSP record since they're there either way. After three years they fall off. The scores are weighted by year but most companies just care that they are there period and not about the points themselves.

With the company I work for ONE cellphone OR seatbelt ticket and you are fired.

It's fine, I only have a few months and the seatbelt and cell phone will be off my csa. My career isn't over as I have a good job so that's a little bit over the top.

Seatbelts are a huge thing for trucking companies, I've worked for a few that will fire you if you don't put yours on to even move truck an inch.just like what was said earlier, it shows disregard fir obeying a law .safety is a serious matter for them if a company cam show more safety plans put into place and safety meeting there premiums on insurance go down..its not them denying you its there insurance company..good luck

None of the seatbelt stuff is showing on my mvr . It's clean other than the obstruction ticket I received two years ago.
