Stay Away from Western Express!!!!

I was hired on In May 2017. I've heard all the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. I over looked the bed bug ridden hotel where people were getting robbed in the parking lot. I overlooked the fact that the hotel was beside a bar that had car systems banging every single night often times waking me up. I over looked the ####ty food they provided that was really only good for cleaning out my bowels. I also overlooked the fact that 99.999% of the staff at WE were ########. Now I'm on the road with a trainer that tells me to do messed up maneuvers, then gets pissed off when the results turn out as ####ty as the idea. He doesn't teach he expects me to know everything straight outta school. He just wants to run a team he ain't here to train. Now he has 3 days home time while I'm stuck in this #### truck that we're not suppose to idle while dispatch "tries to find me a hotel". I'm looking at one right across the street, going on 8 hours now. Stay away the pay is nowhere near worth all the #### they put you through.

 

They had me in the Hallmark hotel in Nashville, I guess they bought it after it got shut down.
I expected to have some ####ty experiences but dang. Dispatch is way worse. My trainer is trying to run a team, anytime I ask a question about paper work or load securement he always says I'll explain later and never does.

 

As soon as I get a little experience I'm gone!
