You know what I noticed something pretty important..
Why is it When you guys lease your trucks on with Tanker outfits or Moving companies the percentage is LESS than a freight carrier??
Seems to me, They want to keep you "At bay" and just enough to get by...Because I know that Movers and Tankers pay a Lot more than Freight does....
So,Instead of bettering yourself and getting 75-80% of the revenue hauling tankers oir Moving trucks- They wanna keep you in the same Bracket pay as a freight hauler..
They don't want you getting a leg up I assume.

I'm happy I found this forum about this company.

I met one of their drivers at Pilot at Carney Point, NJ who told me he was making $3500 + per week at Langer. Told me I would not be disappointed. So I contacted some broad HR who finally answered my call and said she would send an application. A week later still haven't gotten anything. Never understood why she would send an application when you can fill out one online? I am from Maryland and my apologies to anyone on the forum who is from Jersey, but I have had the met the strangest people from there. Just the same, thanks again for sharing the truth about this scam company. I'm running away from this company as fast as I can go!

If they tell you that they are paying a percentage of the gross, are not providing you with a copy of the invoice, and are screwing you out of what is due to you on a percentage, then that is called theft.
They could have their authority pulled and company officers can go to prison. Document everything and build your case.
As an owner operator or company driver you deserve to be compensated under the terms of your agreement with the company. Again keep good records and document everything. -
Man I'm at orientation at Bennett right now. These guys are unlike any company I've been too. This will be that last company I work for. I #### u not. I like everything they have to offer other than elogs cuz I've always been an outlaw. It's 1pm eastern time right now and we on break for lunch but call Bennett in Georgia and ask for David Prater. Unlike my last company these folks actually want you to make money and not just move cheap loads. Rev

I see langer all the time they still have a large number of flds on the road and drivers tell me they get paid straight meaning no overtime, I'm with quality and I check the rates online even before I get out of my house to go to the yard... no good money my rear is calling the dispatch to give me something else... I'm averaging about 3 dollars a mile.
