Last night a mechanic I respect told me they are really trying to cram too much work into the shop. A lot of safeties for our other (parent company) owned companies and whatnot as of late and it has apparently gone downhill.

I haven't been complaining about anything. I still don't mind it too much.

The day I got in the Pete I was rolling out of the yard for the first time when my boss calls me and asked if I wanted a 13 speed manual 2015 Freightliner Coronado. I said no, I want the Pete.

I will not take an automatic and my boss knows it. I could probably get into a different manual but I don't see it as worth it. I don't want another Cascadia that's for sure and my Pete is only one of a small number.

You're missing out. The dash layout even in the narrow cabs is way better. The Pete dash just seems cluttered to me.

Pete puts switches all over the #### place as well as gauges.

KW seems to keep it more organized. 1 panel for main cluster, panel to the right and left for additional gauges. One more panel to the right from there for all of your switches.

    Wow I've been gone. LOL
That was exactly it. Load was well under legal weight. Heck the thing was loaded just right it could've been a non permit load. The guy hit it just right. Paid me more and I don't pay permits so no real hassle.

    Oxbow and Razororange Thank this.
