Hello
-
Not sure what you mean "central regional". You mean you're on a dedicated account in central part of the country? If so which one?
-
They state Western central and eastern regions or comfort zone
-
If you are on Kraft dedicated the miles are anywhere from 2000 to 2500 a week.

Thought Swift was either OTR or dedicated account that might keep you on in one region and in some cases local. Sounds like you're an OTR driver but if the planners give you something to far away you can decline and put "out of comfort zone" as the reason. I've heard that phrase before.
Cant say for sure this is your situation. If it is I can tell you that you would be limiting yourself and getting lower miles if you don't accept long haul loads when needed.sgt50 Thanks this. -
Swift has otr, dedicated, and local routes. People get confused on what is what. So otr is driving all over the u.s. delivering all differant types of products. You have reefer, dry van, and flatbed. Then you got dedicated which is delivering one companies product all over the u.s. walmart, kraft, dollar general and so on. Then you got regional which is a certain area delivering all companies products. I was on The western 11 for the most part. Then i got on the ross local acct. Tou bave to ask your dm or anyone in the office ablut the differant accts. That are available. Hope this make sence
