If that's the case then why are you worried about what's being posted here?
    Can somebody say "company cheerleader"??

While he is likely a company cheerleader he does have a point. While the receiver could have handled it better, the driver's post was not the best way to handle it either. "They could see it was rubbermaid trash cans" So were they trash can model 1, model 2, model 18 or what? I can see the receiver refusing. If the driver got an attitude after that, which sounds likely, I can see the receiver getting an attitude.
Then there is the a-hole boss.. "The shipper screwed up, so instead of getting the shipper to fix it, "oh just toss it on the ground at the receiver" Yea, that's professional....

He's obviously an office guy at one of the shipper/receivers in this thread or a bigwig at one of the mega carriers posing as a driver just to threaten people on here. The way he got quiet all of a sudden must mean he's been found out. Personally my view is if trucking companies (and I mean ALL companies, no exception) or their customers are that worried about drivers complaining about them on a forum or social media, maybe they should try listening to that driver's concerns or start treating drivers better than snooping around on these sites to intimidate us.

Bunge in Decatur Alabama. Had a 1030pm appointment. Got there 10 hours early. Didn't get super hopeful to get loaded early, though had I, I'd be able to sneak a 34 in. Anyway, didn't get in a door until 215am, nearly 4 hour's after my appointment. At least when I was docked, the loading itself was quick. Customer doesn't pay detention either.

From what they told me, they only had 2 people working in the warehouse and the parking lot was full of trucks waiting to be loaded as well.

Other thing is shipping never answers the phone and when you try to get transferred to the operator, you get a number disconnected message.

OOO nice. Wonderful US economy will double to 4% GDP if they hired two more people.

Drop and hook, should be in and out right? Wrong. They make you scale to enter the plant empty or not. Once you get in and you drop the trailer, they make you scale bobtail. Then when you get your load you scale again. The problem with this process is there is only one scale, so a routine drop and hook turns into a 2-3 hour affair.

Actually it's more like only two people working while the others sit in the office taking their "union safety break".

Arrived on time for 8 am delivery Monday morning. However because my company screwed up and actually didn't reschedule the delivery time(forced dispatch load originally scheduled for delivery the previous Friday at 2 pm-I had actually refused it because I wasn't going to make that delivery time-not from 600 miles away in Columbus,Ohio where I had picked it up)staff there said I was a work-in. Ended up sitting over 8 1/2 hours waiting to get unloaded, all the while other trucks that arrived later than I did got a door, loaded or unloaded and sent on their way.Situation got bad enough that I had notified my employer that I wasn't going to make my next pickup on time(all the while my time clock is counting down). Finally my employer said to as if it could be changed to a drop and hook otherwise I would have to bring the load to our maintenance terminal and sit and reschedule delivery again.
