Building some running boards for a 2017 Ram 4500

    Putting in some overtime the last few days. Going from the office at 5 pm out to the shop until around 9 pm.

    Cool I built some one time back in the 90s for a Ford. I buy them now. Lots of work but yours look good.

    Thanks.

    Yeah getting them hung on the truck is the hard part. Lots of pieces to cut out and weld together. Just about done with the left side. Tac welding it up right. Already have the right side hangers cut out and mocked up. Tomorrow should go quick.

    Didn't like the cheesy little back plates for these u bolts so I made some out of flat stock. Offers better support fir these minimizer fenders.

    image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Some more fab work. Made some fender brackets on Sunday and hung these minimizer fenders tonight after work. Still more fab work to do. Slowly getting it ready for the road.
