    Yes and his kin folk piled this one last night as well. Driver had a big smile when I gave him the thumbs up! We have the same issue up here with "cheap help"

    1- Put OOS? Not arrested for fatal hit and run?

    2- caught up to him at a rest area five hours later. Presumably he was parked. Got a dui while parked. Classy (and yes I know, legal).
