Try running your fingertip around the black edge (under) on the screen. You might have a Pinch point.

I am taking it connects to the computer? If it does, then start a conversation with me. I need one file from the RM/User folder to put on my unit to see if the file is good or not.

Got mine... A few things to note...

In the setup the Video, press the "X" in the upper right to kill the video in the setup.

Google Play store - not there, but on main screen swipe to the left, click on "Get Apps" to download either APKpure, Amazon, or Aptoide. RM cannot guarantee Apps will work, but they should.

Setup was pretty easy.

On the main screen, upper right click on the "Cog" to shortcut into settings.
