They had a big orientation this week. I was in there Tuesday afternoon, and I don't recall seeing more in an orientation class. Not sure what to make of it. Also not sure if they're all getting new trucks or what. I think I say more virgin trucks there than older trucks. Was asked if I wanted to move but said I was okay with my tried and tested truck for another 7-8 months until it comes up for mandatory retirement.

Unload Super-Valu in the morning then down to Big Stone City for the Tulare transfer load. They routed me "through the woods" [inadvertent selection or not, that's the way I'm going] which will be a nice change.

 

Interesting.... Well their growth goals are being achieved.... You were right... Load going back to Texas... 800 miles total.... Another waste of 2 days lol... at least it'll make for a nice recap logbook. Hopefully i get a good one going west from Texas. I'm allergic to the east hahaha.

 

I dropped the keys off on the desk for personal reasons. Family first. I could go back there I was told, but Ive also been looking to do something else. not sure.

Ive been accepted to holland already but I havent really decided on what I want to do. Or where I want to work next. whats the 401K like?

I think they're not super strict on it... Luckily I didn't have to this past winter. I got very lucky. If not I'll just park till the law goes off.... Not worth it getting dirty and the waste of time...
