I am writing an update since I understand my post is the #2 result on google when you search for "SNL Distribution".

I still work here, it's a good local gig but don't expect to get rich. You will work your ### off to make a buck, and we have not had a cost of living pay increase since 2009. We have a very high turnover rate because the work done doesn't match the money you make. This company could do so much better if we competed with the pay scale of other similar operations such as US Food Service, Gordon Food Serice, R&L Freight, Southeastern Freight -- all these other companies offer their drivers yearly pay increases, and some even offer profit sharing. We are working just as hard , if not harder then we were 8 years ago, and still make the same. Meanwhile all bills we have in our daily lives have gone up. That's why we have a high turnover rate. I care about this company and I have given years of dedicated service to SNL, and if I lived closer to a major city with other opportunities, I'd probably leave - but for now I'm stuck. The money definitely isn't horrible, but you earn every single penny you make here. If the CEO is reading this thread, please pay us more, 8 years with no cost of living increase is simply to long!

MustangMark83, I'm wondering if you're still work for SNL and if so if it is better now as I am thinking about applying there. Thanks in advance, Mark
