Not true. Nobody can see expunged exceptic military or law enforcement jobs. Your research is bunk.

Not if it is expunged. I was a reporter before I retired and became a driver. I dealt with FOIAs and performed in-depth background checks regularly. An expunged record is just that...sealed. No record of expungement except to courts. Of course, a good PI MAY find it but even the most thorough companies performing background checks for a fee will not find it or any record of it.

The reason you are wrong there is that there was a record of it before it was expunged, and the background check companies buy these records in bulk. So if it existed when they bought it, it doesn't matter what happens to it later, they have that record.

Has anyone heard of or had any luck with having a bad DAC report removed from your DAC report? I have a bad report online from a company I never worked for boarded orientation with I only smoke with them. The safety manager I spoke with a year ago is no longer there and then you people can't tell me any kind of explanation and won't remove it. I found a law firm in Dallas that says they can remove bad Back Rewards does anyone know anything about this
