They are advertising for pods dedicated out of jacksonville, FL.

recruiter says 2800 miles, home every 2-3 weeks. $65,000/yr

anybody have any experience with this account? Any real info would be great ..

    I imagine it's pretty easy..pull in, unstrap/strap, head out.

I could never get any more info from the company than what the recruiter could tell me, which was pretty much everything in the ad. It seemed like an easy way to get "flatbedding" experience without changing companies.
See if Cookeville will tell you the site manager and phone number.
    Good luck

    Good luck.

I don't know anything about this account but if your looking to get your foot in the door, after 6 months to can transfer to a different account and I know they have other accounts in that area

I'm scheduled to start orientation next week. They also told me the same information. Right now I need the work so I'm going for it, but just don't see making that kind of money. Of course I hope so, but just don't see it happening.

I know a driver who runs out of Richmond, VA who drives for the pods. doing the OTR runs, and he's averaging 2400ish (+ or - of course) a week but he is also home weekly. So not sure if this is the same type of thing that JAX job is gonna do.

I backed out last time, but am actually starting this coming Monday. As soon as I get on the road and have some real numbers to report, I will.

Ya, it's .41 a mile. Like I said they claim good miles, and pay for each stop enabling the driver to make $65K. I dunno.
