I wonder if it is the adhesives, stain guard, and fire retardants used when they assembled it, and now that the heat is on it makes the problem worse.
New truck smells like glue, making me sick.

Maybe when the repairs were done, they shifted the pipe too much and it's coming in contact now somewhere underneath?

Wow, it isn't a joke, there's a horrible fume smell in this truck. I can't figure out what it is. the exhaust leak was fixed that smell has been in this truck since I got into it. at first I thought it was just a new truck smell, but it's not that. it's really starting to bother me. I guess I just thought maybe some you guys might have some impute put into it that wasn't a joke.

Alright, let's troubleshoot. The smell is apparent as soon as you get in the truck, before turning it on. That rules out anything in the air vents.
You also stated the smell was there from day one, before having anything done with the exhaust leak. So that rules out work on the exhaust.
I think it's time you plan on spending a day hunting down the smell. From what you describe it's likely some kind of adhesive. Start with the carpet, if it's glued down you peel back an edge and take a whiff. That would be where I would start.
Call Mack and describe to them what's happening. They should know if they used any potentially toxic adhesives. -
If the smell is making you ill , and it's a company truck, I would suggest requesting that the owner send the truck back to the T/A and have them investigate. In the meantime, if the boss has a spare truck, use it, or he should get a rental. Having a driver get ill from some unknown odor is a safety issue in my view.

Were there any supplies in the truck? Chemicals, cleaning supplies ect..? I know a cap full of anti gel will make me sick in half a day, a unsealed bottle will vent gas untill its dry...
