    There is nothing wrong with your oil pressure, the older cats ran high oil pressure. It sounds like you may have air still in the fuel system where you changed the injector pump. There would be a valve over the fuel filter housin. It is a pump meant to help build fuel pressure. Have someone turn it over while you pump the valve it should fire up

    You don't turn it over while you pump the primer. When it starts you won't be able to lock it closed and it could blow the piston out of the housing on the pump.
