Looks interesting, If you would consider solo I would like to talk further.
-
Sorry, team opportunity only.

What year is the specific truck, that we would earn? Is it a new truck?
Is the speed set by Prime?
How many miles on that truck?
How many teams do you have in this program?
If we were to do a lease ourselves, in many leases until that final payment is
made, we would have 0 equity. As an easy example, if we were in a 3 year lease, and for whatever reason, we only made 30 payments instead of 36, the truck would be turned in, and we would walk away with $0 equity. With the team covering all fuel, tires, maintenance and repairs. Would your program be any different, as far as the zero equity?
I would assume that you would take a portion of the mileage as paid by Prime, and the .50 split for the team would be how you would make your money, for taking care of the fuel, tires, and all maintenance and repairs? Is that a correct assumption?
Hope I said that right.
Thanks for your time,

Truck will most likely be a 2015 or newer Cascadia, not new, with APU. This is a "zero" cost to ownership program. That's the difference. All fuel, maintenance and repairs are covered by warranty or us. If you lease yourself, you must start a business, time off=payments adding up. Of course we are not doing this for free, this is America. We came up with a program to offer to qualified, motivated teams that do not want to worry about down payments, fuel cost to them, truck payments, maintenance, etc. They stay company drivers, but drive our trucks. That also allows them to get medical benefits much easier and achieve bonuses. Your commitment is your equity, not your $$. You can walk away and it would cost zero! Trucks also have Right Weigh onboard scale system, Prepass, E-Z Pass and BestPass for scale bypass and toll charges. There is no offer of this kind in the industry that is willing to reward good, responsible, dedicated and hard working drivers a free truck. I, myself, currently drive for the company and have been a driver for 24 years. Thanks for your interest and if you want to pursue an independent future, call us @ 833-YOUR-RIG or call me personally @ 253-232-9296-Darren.

used truck and then teaming for 3 years that'll be around what? an 850,000 mile truck when it's all said and done?

If you lease your own truck and put the same miles on it, you have not only invested your time, but you have invested your money. Not with us. You only invest your time. Miles will be similar with any lease purchase you get into in the end. No matter where you go. Zero $$ invested by the drivers here. When you are home, payments don't accrue with the drivers who drive for us. That is a big deal. Take 2 weeks off under your own lease and see how long it takes to get a positive payday. If you go buy a new truck, at the end of the term you will have similar miles on it as well. The difference is we cover the expenses. It'a FREE truck!

Also forgot to mention, our trucks come with apu's ($8,000+ value). Those are not a free addition for us. We pay for that too.

I pass more Prime trucks than any others. They are SLOW.
