As the title says...
Failed to make a "complete stop before proceeding through a stop sign" 3am in an empty parking lot to enter a side road.
Said some stuff that made the officer upset and instead of the verbal warning he said he'd give he wrote me a written warning but gave me no inspection (local cop in the middle of nowhere Illinois not a trooper)
I was planning on getting a new job asap. Will this show up on my MVR? Will it give me CSA points with no inspection?
Basically asking if anyone will find out if I say nothing (current/future employers)
Thanks as always TTR
Warning moving violation. No inspection.

Was there a fine associated with the warning? If not I would think it would at least go on your MVR sense it was written to you but that may show up as you did it in a regular vehicle. I think I would get a auto quote and see if they said anything about it.
ASmallFleetDriver Thanks this. -
Can you go to your DMV office and get a copy of your driving record? A company called Hireright offers this service also.DTP and ASmallFleetDriver Thank this. -
Go to the DMV and get your driving record pulled. They should have it for you in a few moments. It's no difficulty getting it. Except waiting in line.
Don't do business with hireright any more than you have to. I recieved a settlement check from them not too long ago for some sort of fraud or some other behavior that was a no no in a class action suit.ASmallFleetDriver Thanks this. -
if it's in writing. it's in the system. FYI, DMV files take awhile to catch up, so may not show up for 60 days.

DMV wont be able to pull a PSP. -
it doesn't go on your record on any level. I have written many tickets and wrote warning on them and never turned them in. The truth is they aren't worth the carbon copy paper they are written on. The only issue is if you were to ever get pulled over in that town again and it was on their local database, they may use the fact that you got a warning last time to issue you a citation. He put it in his ticketbook and left it at that. If he was a DOT officer and it was on an inspection form, then yes it would be on the CSA if you were in a commercial vehicle.
For it to show up on your license, it would have to have a fine associated with it, a judgement rendered, and then turned over to the state to enter in to the NCIC database.Studebaker Hawk and snowwy Thank this. -

We just filled our warnings away. There was 2 copies the driver and our. None of the warnings never ever gave them to DMV. Not sure how it's handled now or where you are.
