You can get temp insurance thru Progressive also, that's who I used years ago.

    RStewart and L.B. Thank this.

Ask your recruiter, they'll give you the name of the company to pick up a 10 day policy. Mine was something like $80 or so.

    RStewart and L.B. Thank this.

When I started in June the temp insurance place ( Insurica ) no longer offered the 10 day temp, it was a mandatory 30 day temp, which was $540. I believe she said that's because my truck was financed and that's the lenders requirement...

Sounds like a way for them to get more money. I got a 10 day policy on mine a year ago & it is financed.

    HalpinUout Thanks this.

I got a 10 day policy in July, but my truck is not financed. I'd say it would most likely fall on the lender and what they are willing to accept.

    HalpinUout Thanks this.

I need one bigger than the two I have. They have 600 ft lbs of torque & that won't break them loose. And the bolts aren't rusted in either. Just dang tight.

What kind of pricing does Mercer have on equipment? I can get a headache rack for a decent price with hangers and a box in the middle and we have some old chains laying around somewhere from when my dad hauled equipment. But as far as tarps, straps, coil racks and other tools, should I wait until I show up to buy this stuff or would it be better to show up with it. I have a list of what I'd like to carry, which I'm sure is overkill but meh.

I'm trying to stick it out a while longer where I'm at but home time requirements are no longer being met and I'm about to turn my plates in if it doesn't improve.
