OP please explain in more detail.

I went on vacation last week, smoked a few puffs of weed one day(Haven't smoked at all this year until then). Got very drunk the next day and was taken to hospital. Not sure if they did any drug tests or not.
Mainly just wondering if they would submit the results of any positive marijuana test(if a test was taken) to the DOT. Or if they would submit the reason I was in the hospital(alcohol intoxication) to the DOT.
I did not drive at all during the vacation, had no vehicle to even drive. I used Uber and walked everywhere.
They may have seen my driver's license and saw that it was a CDL, not sure. I was very, very drunk.
Just wanted to know if they could submit my results, or if it is against privacy policies. -
Were you arrested? Cause an ambulance cant/wont take you if you refuse medical help.

I doubt they would report that to DOT. The drug test may possibly an issue if you're called for a random anytime soon.
Sounds like it was a great time for the most part! -

Wouldn't worry unless you get a random from your company. Better stay clean and hope in the next 30 days you don't get a random. Companies like to random people after vacations cause of this.

Doubt it will be reported to anyone. You weren't driving.
Doubt your smoking would show up in a random test.
My experience is drivers are more likely to be tested after a vacation than any other time of the year .
No such thing as too much fun.
Good luck.
