I was told that here in California they actually do it very often. I am new at this and all I am doing is asking for information not a bunch of people to be disrespectful and talk about your ######## to me honestly. There is no such thing as a stupid question and all I'm trying to do is educate myself

I agree with everyone else here, but just for arguments sake: if you are going to bind him for two years, are you going to include guaranteed work in the same contract for those two years, and if you default at any time, he is released from the contract?
