1. You quit while dispatched under a load, and your DAC report will reflect that. The fact that you made arrangements to drop the load at a company facility does not change anything.
2. You abandoned their equipment by deciding to bail after the truck had been towed to the shop rather than returning the truck to a terminal.
3. Not all smaller companies are great just because they're small. This is particularly true with smaller companies who will cut every corner to save a penny. Crappy benefits, basic trucks, retreads on the drives, not many frills, dumpy company facilities, etc. Companies like those only care about how much of their revenue they can stuff into their own pockets.
