    i think this is a good idea, mainly because of the $29.99 ability to shower at any PF location. i don't do OTR anymore, if i were to return to that i would definitely be getting PF membership. Side note: i exercise w/out a gym.

    Most PF's around here are located in malls and you can park out back and not be hassled by mall security. IF you tried to park overnight, then that is likely another story.....

    I've been doing great finding PF locations. Work out and a shower.... then hit the road again!
    You gotta take a 30 minute break.... might as well make it productive if possible...
    Found a few in the Minneapolis area that I can either park at or bobtail... Fargo too
    Few in NC, TX.....
    If I'm not close I try to walk. Don't let the trash talkers discourage you.

    I lift at los campeones in mpls, anyone else go there? I know there are a few drivers there.

    I'm home every night but I started doing this workout last week. I use a pair of 30lb dumbbells for all but the sit up one. It is brutal. I lifted a couple times a week the last year or so but this is a step up from what I was doing. I also try and add in 6 hours a week of running/bike riding as well.

    Also cutting my calorie intake to 2000-2500 calories a day depending on my activity/hunger level.

    Yeah I'm home pretty much every night too. I just am gone like two nights a month so I get to drive a sleeper local which is nice.

    That workout would be fun man. I like doing stuff like that. Can't go heavy all the time. I just started doing German volume on squats and bench which is 10x10 with 90 seconds rest between sets. It's freakin brutal.

    I just started cutting too. Bulked up to 185 now I'm shooting for 175 or so. I'm eating the same calories as you trying to lose a half pound a week so I don't lose any strength.

    I'm pretty short at 5'7. I've managed to drop down to 172 so far (about 55lb weight loss so far). I figure I'm still at around 28-30% body fat though and I'd like to see that down around 12-15%.
