    Good work. Keep grinding

I started at 115 and went to 185 over the span of 3 years. Now I feel like it's time to cut finally. Idk my body fat but abs are starting to become visable again.

I'm 5'8" or so, not trying to be shredded just lose some body fat.

I heard an interesting approach 14 months ago. I was speaking with a former trauma surgeon who had left her practice and was starting a small wellness clinic. She is absolutely beautiful which is probably the only reason she kept my attention, I'm not all there. :D. Simple but affective theory.

If you take an Eskimo who is healthy and was raised on generations of high fat, high protein diet and a Peruvian villager who was raised on low protein high grain diet of corn and beans and switch them BOTH will develope major health issues very quickly.
I took this to heart and did a little research into my ancestry. I altered my diet appropriately. I have lost almost 60 lbs (334 to 276) and my health continues to improve. I was officially taken off my diabetes medication about 4 months ago.
I just thought I would throw this out there. Im sure adding excercise would have sped up the results.

Yeah I always laugh when people act like carbs are bad. Look at Asian diets and how many obese asians do you see? Everyone is different. I'm losing weight eating 300g of carbs a day.

I never bought into those low carb diets or any of these other fad diets. To simplify it, its calories consumed vs calories expended. I've found I can't really consume anything less than 2000 calories daily without lacking in nutrition. I'm losing weight like crazy and I consistently consume 300-450g of carbs per day. Protein I try to shoot for 100-150g per day since protein is what helps grow muscles.

That’s why they have water faucets on fuel islands(just bring your own hose).
