My company is going "full auto". Plan on QUITTING when they get around to selling my 11yr old 379 Pete w/last "non-def" C13CAT!

Gee wadda ya know almost 300,000 miles (including offroad) and the clutch plus clutch brake still works!!!

The trucking industry is upside down, DEAD!! There was no "written test" when I demonstrated an ability to "drive" now if you're passing at "schoolwork" and have a good history in a Toyota Yer Good To Go!!

    Wages
reflect these companies would rather spend for a $8,000+ Allison option than put money in yer pocket!!

    Corporate Amerika Bugger Off!!!

Yeah I loved the old CAT motors myself. The 13 speed was always my favorite tranny too.

Trucking is a DYING industry. Without auto-S**tty transmissions, they would not be able to replace drivers with self-automated rigs. Sure, there will still be some trucking left for humans
but it wont be LTR. Whoever wrote the movie "Logan", set in 2029 shows what these trucks
will look like in a very realistic way.

Lots of freight has been going on the inter-modal train tracks for years now, as well.

Become an electrician. That is where the jobs will be at, since we are going solar, ect.

That's what I would have done if I had it to do all over again, not that I didn't love driving, but
now its real hard to make a buck, and the cabs are full of spyware like "SmartDrive"!

    To hell with that nonsense!!!

In Georgia no electrical license is required to be a solar installer been trying to slowly start own business *have website* market is wide open here!!
Son wants to be "diesel tech" (not a mechanic!) am encouraging him to go into HVAC and get NABCEP qualified instead.

With nuclear war/economic meltdown looming I encourage everybody to stick close to home and PREPARE!!
This is Old Testament prophecy not New His Hands have been upon me (with concrete signs) I know this to be coming . . . .

HVAC is a great job too.

The evil that is out in the world is palpable. Been prepped since "stuff"-fer-brains, Billy-boy was in office. Few people can see the signs, even though they are in plain sight. Sodomites, but no one
    wants to believe it.
