Yeah no way was it staged, because the reaction of the two dock workers is pretty funny. Besides who would stage something like that cause thats one heck of a mess to clean up.

Now I don't care what you say that is funny as hell, that was the shipping department fault 100%, and if I was the store manager I would of fired the whole #### bunch for not securing and blocking the load.

you can see the 2nd guy come up with some boards in his hands. he was going to block the carts with them, but they are both so stupid, they can't figure it out. mr. truck driver see's a green and pulls away a few seconds later.

I've seen it happen in person more than once. To me a green light means they think it is alright. I then get out to make sure I think it is alright. Trust others at your own risk. That driver can blame them for activating the green, but that ain't gonna replace the money he lost because his wheels aren't turning.

Well I dont work with docks so I dont know...but who is at fault here? I mean...the driver had to pull forward a bit to shut the door; however isnt it his responsibility to make sure the load is secure before even leaving the dock?

Not all Swift trucks are white. I drove for them back in 1999 out of the Neenah, WI terminal, and the trucks there were blue. O/O's had trucks of different colors then too.
