Yup. I first contacted JP back in January. I've spoken to Luke AT LEAST once a week, EVERY week since then even though they couldn't begin to process my application until I was 30 out from the start date. So even though nothing could be done for me for seven weeks, they would check up every week asking if I'd had any questions and if I was still planning on making 4/10 my start date.
My interview with Haley was great. She's very upbeat and positive. Spoke with Jennifer quite a few times as well and she had even mentioned that she had spoken with fleet managers about getting me some runs through the Philadelphia area in order to get me home a night or two in between official hometime. I know companies will tell you almost anything in order to get you through the door but I absolutely believe her 100% and have no doubt they will try to uphold that. JP isn't your run of the mill carrier trying to get as many bodies in the door a possible. Today alone, I read on here from 2 other applicants with squeaky clean records and who did all the right things that they were turned down. I feel an immense amount of pride to have been picked to represent Jim Palmer and plan on being the most professional driver I can be.
I'm sure a lot of other people would call me a "boot licker" given my attitude of wanting the company to be as proud to have me as I am of driving for them but I believe attitude and perspective are very important in life. In fact, I believe attitude is what got me in.
Starting Jim Palmer on 4/10

Off hand I can see you need to add a pair of vise grips to your list in case you get a trailer with difficult release pins. And you need a pair of small wire clippers to cut metal seals.
