Look back and see where Leonard's came from. Then the company before that one. Then where that company from. On and on until you reach the beginning.

Saw a couple of their trucks while driving thru WY the other day. Can't remember what turned me off from them, other than being based in NY, and running NYC, and other east coast gems on a regular basis.

I worked there about a week in 2010. Spent lot's of time stuck in NYC out of hours without pay. I was regional. OTR might be better. ND oilfield was much more enjoyable and paid much better.

Find another place, just left them. hundreds of places pay better and treat you better. They talk the same ol BS about treating you like family, but that only matters to office people. They're starting to make the local drivers work 6 days a week now because they can't keep drivers around. I figured if i'm going to be treated like crap i might as well get paid more for it. I took a 1099 job for .55 a mile. And oh yeah, if someone told you .44 a mile they were BSing you. you start at .40 and don;t see a raise for a year, which is .01 a year.

Don't waste your time. You'll spend lot's of time sitting without pay due to being out of hours, then you'll drive 50 miles to get loaded and burn up a bunch of hours waiting to get loaded. Once loaded, you'll drive 150 miles to deliver, arriving 5 minutes after closing time. Then you'll be forced to sit there till the next morning without pay. Then the cycle starts all over again.
