legend transportation dont work for them

to be honest , this is such a horrible company as a truck driver and an office employee . They do not care about you and they are so unorganized changing literally the application every month . they start you at a low pay and say you have a 90 day probation that after your 90 days you will get a good raise which is a lie , you have to be begging and begging and they wont give it to you until they let you go. they have a new location in RANCHO CUCAMONGA CA they recently let go of their 4 employees they had do to the fact that they would tell the main office of the illegal stuff they were doing was wrong they dont like to hear the truth and thats why they just fire left and right but yet they allow their mechanic by the name of hector 'drink alcohol on the job and drive their company vehicle . they are so unfair their is no communication what so ever. they recently told those 4 rancho employees they were closing down the facility do to money problems it was all a lie they didnt close down the facility they have new people, now the mechanic is all happy accusing people of stealing and so on which is a lie. what can you possibly steal from this company when they cant even pay correctly they have drivers that have been their for more the 5 years still getting paid the same as a brand new driver ridiculous
