Sorry no first hand knowledge.Did have a good friend that worked there for 12 years out of Gastonia NC plant.He liked it just have to get past the smell

 

Pay varies by the job/truck you drive. But on average it's about $19 an hour 12hrs a day. Overtime after 40. Holiday weeks it's ot after 32 so you don't lose too much pay. Your at the mercy of your manager/supervisor so a bad relationship will equal bad treatment. If you do your job they seem to treat everyone good. Trucks not in the best shape but will not fail on you. Computer logs trucks governed at 65. Benefits for one about 3000 a year. Vacation days are terrible.
