Anyone sue TQL? Looking for an attorney to sue TQL

####, this makes me afraid of taking anymore loads from them

 

What sort of documentation do you have, and what documentation have they provided you on the damages?

 

File against their bond?

I think I saw something like this on the OOIDA membership documents they sent me.

Also, how was the "communications" done? via phone or email? --- I hope it's via email (or a recorded line like google voice calling)

 

Yeah I'd definitely file against their bond as a first step. This whole thing looks fishy as hell. Generally when a big company does something like this it's someone <3 rungs into the management structure trying to cover something up and NOT corporate policy.... No corporate policy is to put the underlings under so much pressure that some of them crack up and start doing things that are miles and miles over the line.

I don't do any loads from them, they run a boiler room brokerage business, I don't pull and have not pull loads for them in years, any time you called and they say how much do you need to make it happen, as soon as you give them a rate they come back with, he my coworker just got a bid for 300 less you will have to beat the to get the load, I told them the last I called I don't work like that keep your @@@@ing load, if we stop pulling there cheap loads they will go under, I would pull a JB hunt load over tql any day of the week, and most of JB hunt load are cheap, with one exemption, and that is when they cannot cover it that when you make them pay good luck getting your money

 

This is very strange. Too strange.. Road closures always gave immunity for being late.
Under what circumstances a broker can refuse to pay other than a filed claim? A double brokered load? A consolidated load (the ones that were not supposed to be consolidated under any circumstances)? A load that ended up being on a railway? But even so, if the receiver took the load then could they just not pay?
Any business contract attorney should be able to handle this.
