Faulty equipment. While working here, I had no access to proper safety equipment. ie fire extinguisher, triangles cones or flares, fuses, etc. Air brakes were leaking. Pumper would threaten your job if you refused to drive. Fittings on water truck were old and not kept, leaked. Pumper blamed drivers for not turning in work orders. My work orders were never fully completed correctly. I left the company.

Good for you. Driving that truck would’ve also threatened your job. Or future jobs for that matter.

    helpful advice for trucking job.
    1. do your homework
    2. fmcsa website, priceless
    3. see their trucks at a fuel stop, check them out.
    4. local & in for interview, check out the trucks/shop.
    5. bad history or record, may need a bottom feeder to get in the door. keep your nose clean at least 6 months. then move on. have a mindset its temporary, tuff it out.
