To anyone that runs on Prime's Advance Fleet program and use the insurance program they offer, your policy will expire December 1st, 2017 and there no new policy in place as of now. If you haven't started shopping for a replacement, YOU NEED TO DO SO NOW!!!

Prime says they are working on it but they don't have anything lined up that looks promising as of now. They don't expect to have coverage in place until January! That means when the current policy ends, your authority is terminated. Please don't get screwed by their lies! Protect your business and get yourself prepared with your own insurance.

Prime is. What I am talking about is the insurance program they offer to Carriers that haul there trailers and freight. Owner operators and small fleets that have there own authority can do power only for Prime where all you have to provide is the tractor and they'll provide you the trailer and freight. For the carriers that run on this program, they are offered an insurance option that is very good coverage at an amazing rate but now they can't find another insurance company to write this program and they are leaving everyone hanging until the last minute.

On average $11,000 per power unit. That was $1 mill auto, $2 mill general, $250k cargo, phys dam, trailer interchange. This wasn't your bare minimum coverage most guys get when they have there authority.

Right on. Hopefully guys will be able to obtain coverage in the interim.

I just received my renewal from Progressive. 2016 truck & dry van trailer, same specs as you listed plus 100k cargo, $611 a month.

They never came up with a new program. Lots of carriers were caught off guard by this and shut down. I left prime all together now because of this issue and couple other lies. I won't work with someone that is will lie to me!
