    Intermittent excessive crank 2015 D13 Vnl 670 head was replaced 300,000 km ago so can’t see it being cups also not pushing Antifreeze to left side of tank replaced plastic plug on filter housing dealer say maybe needs a 6pack do not want to spend 6,000 to 8,000 on a maybe

    Sorry. 6pack again if you go back to dealer. I have had customers doing it twice in the same year. If you take to a shop with a sharp eyed tech, he will be able to tell which one is bad by pulling injectors and inspecting carefully. I have had some luck with pulling out, cleaning injectors and cups and re installing using Detroit Diesel graphite seals that were used for DDEC III-DDEC IV injectors.
