so if your post gets overlooked,, then a simple reminder would work better...

It just so happened the Tablets got a OTA and map/software update, so this is the first user that posted and I wanted to make sure they were not having issues as my test unit is and I am working with RM to resolve....

I am trying to determine if your DC Cord is bad or it is the unit... Since you have not tried the AC cord, then that should be your next step.

You did not answer my question... do you unplug the DC cord all the time? If it is plugged into the slice the USB port on the tablet should be fine... I don't know where you plugged it in at all... tablet or slice?

To power it by DC... are you using the DC cord or plugging into a USB Bullet?

You say it will not turn on, yet you also say it only runs 3 hours on battery... so, will it turn on or not?

Your post - I guess 3hrs and a page and a half with no reply means im on my own to figure it out....

If you care, you can call RM CS on Monday..

 

What DC cord are you using??? The RM Cord or ??? Again,, plug it using the AC cord,, let it charge for at least 3 hours turned off... then see if it powers on... if it does , then your DC Cord is bad. Contact RM CS about that...

If it does not power on using the AC cord, depending on how long ago they repaired it, it may still be under warranty... RM CS will have to look that up.

I don't know how you post on other Threads, but in the Support Thread we act like adults....

So, the past if forgiven... but also understand I don't have to explain myself as to where I am or what I am doing... but for common courtesy I will post if I will be offline for more than a day..
