Look at this old curtainside I'm thinking of picking up

    It was used for storage for a few years. The shop tried to put it back in its lease fleet but there's been no interest.

    It has supports for the roof. I'm just worried some shippers might have trouble loading some items.

    If you look on Truck Paper there are 7 of these in Tennessee for $14,500 each 2008 Transcrafts.

    It depends on what you want to haul. Anything loaded by overhead crane is a no go, but it looks like a decent trailer for $5,000

    old logan county trailer. haul lot of coils out of Logan Aluminum.

    Does anyone know if the ceiling posts are movable on these?

    On the one you are looking at? They are removable, but not for long periods of time, just long enough to load. And don't take all of them out of one side at the same time.

    Check out the frame and cross members. My company just bought a set of B-train curtain sides on "deep discount" and over 90% of the cross members need to be replaced.
